Monthly rent is $2,300 with tenant responsible for lawn care and yard maintenance, or $2,400 per month with professional lawn care included. Security deposit is $2,300. First months rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. Pets are permitted with an additional deposit. Housing vouchers are accepted.
